How pricing works
Junk removal in Katy is priced by volume — how much space your items take up in the truck — plus any special handling for extra-heavy material like concrete or dirt. You get a firm, all-inclusive price on-site before any work starts. The quote covers labor, loading, hauling, disposal fees, and cleanup of the area. No hourly meters, no surprise fuel surcharges. For typical price ranges and what moves the number, see our Katy junk removal cost guide.
| Load size | Typical jobs |
|---|---|
| Minimum load | A single mattress, recliner, or appliance |
| Quarter truck | A couch set, or one corner of a garage |
| Half truck | A bedroom's furniture, or a small shed's contents |
| Full truck | A full garage cleanout or apartment clear-out |
Local crew, local disposal
We work the Katy area every day — from Old Katy and the Katy Mills side of I-10 down through Cinco Ranch, Grand Lakes, and Firethorne, and west along FM 1093 to Fulshear and Cross Creek Ranch. Items in usable condition go to local donation centers first; metals and appliances are recycled; only what's left goes to licensed disposal facilities. You get more space, and your stuff gets the most responsible exit available.
Serving all of greater Katy
Harris, Fort Bend, and Waller county sides of Katy, plus Cinco Ranch, Fulshear, and Richmond. Not sure if you're in range? Ask us — if we can reach you from the Grand Parkway in about 20 minutes, you're in.
Frequently asked questions
Do you offer same-day junk removal in Katy?
Often, yes. Same-day and next-day slots depend on route load. The earlier in the day you reach out, the better the odds — mornings frequently allow same-day pickup.
Do I need to move items to the curb first?
No. Full-service means we remove items from wherever they sit — upstairs bedrooms, backyards, garages, or office suites. Curbside pickup is available too and can lower the price.
What items can't you take?
We can't haul hazardous materials: wet paint, chemicals, fuels, oils, asbestos, or medical waste. Harris County and Fort Bend County both operate household hazardous waste programs for those items. Almost everything else — furniture, appliances, electronics, yard debris, construction scrap — is fair game.
Do you serve both the Harris County and Fort Bend County sides of Katy?
Yes. Katy spans three counties — Harris, Fort Bend, and Waller — and we serve all three sides, including unincorporated areas with Katy addresses.
How do I get a price?
Request a free estimate online or by phone. For most jobs we confirm a firm price on-site by truck volume before starting; for standard single items we can usually quote over the phone or by text photo.
